Creekside Community

We are a group of independent households developing a property in Smithers BC that combines gorgeous mountain views with small town amenities a quick walk away. Our mission is to establish a vibrant community of bare land strata-titled homes with extensive common facilities that encourage neighbourly interaction while respecting individual privacy.

Our group has worked together closely for several years now and purchased a bare lot in the Ambleside neighborhood, near to Dahlie Creek and Willowvale Marsh walking trails. Our community buildout design is for 8 duplex buildings, one incorporating the common house/workshop, arranged in an oblong, with streets and community gardens in the centre. We plan on municipal utility and street construction commencing in May 2019 and completion of the common house and first four homes by May 2020. At the time of writing, March 2019, there are homesites available for purchase.
