We’ve begun construction, and we’re looking for our final 4 members!

We are a multigenerational cohousing community that fosters caring and collaborative relationships. We will be located in a bikeable, amenity-rich and vibrant Vancouver neighbourhood, on Main Street near East 42nd Avenue.

We pioneered the innovative “cohousing lite” model with our developer Tomo Spaces, creating a 3-storey low-rise building with 12 strata-titled units, ranging from studios to 3-bedrooms.

Most cohousing communities face a long timeline of group formation, site search and rezoning approvals. In partnership with Tomo Spaces, we have passed these hurdles and expect to move in summer 2022.

This is a wonderful opportunity to join the last sprint of community building before moving into a new Passive House cohousing community.

Our remaining units include: a 3 bedroom townhome; a 3rd floor 3 bedroom apartment; a 2 bedroom apartment plus  lock-off studio; and a studio.
